All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days of the order date. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We handle each piece with the utmost care before it leaves our hands. However, once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is beyond our control. Designed By Favor is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit. For carrier-related concerns, please contact the carrier directly using your provided tracking number.

Please double-check all shipping details before completing your purchase. We are unable to be held liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, we still want to hear from you. Reach out to us and while we cannot guarantee outcomes for matters handled by the carrier, we will do everything we can to help find a reasonable resolution.
